Freeway Self-Storage has been serving both businesses and residential customers for the past 39 years. I would like to thank the team at Richmond for their excellent service over the last couple of years or so. Margaret has been extremely helpful in providing us with speedy service. It seems that we always underestimate what we require and Margaret has always come to the rescue. Staff has been helpful as well in setting up plans which are best for us. Although i dont remember all the staffs names they have been the best. I have recommended your service to my friends and relatives and all have been extremely happy. Again Margaret was always there to help us.

I first met Tilly six years ago when I needed a small storage space to house a large inventory of books coming from Malaysia.
Since then I've had two more storage units as I've been moving things around, here and there.
Moving is stressful and every time I had to sort something out, Tilly has been there for me, she is a jewel. Tilly should win every customer service award available!Janet M.

I can not say enough about the help I have got over the years at the Westgate storage centre. I have gone through a divorce and a marriage with them and they have always been able to handle my storage needs big and small. I’ve been a repeat customer over the last 10 years and the staff is the greatest. always there to help be it carry the new boxes to the car or find me a new or bigger locker. I can count on them.
